Dorothy Dalton has successfully designed and introduced new career management programmes into two major business schools and supported hundreds of MBA candidates to navigate the significant changes in today’s ever changing job search market.

With extensive experience in cross- cultural training and coaching, Dorothy is adept at bridging multi-cultural differences in all cohorts. With an emphasis of “begin with the end in mind” the focus of her MBA career programme is goal centred to create an ongoing career strategy during the MBA course, so that all candidates are optimally positioned for a successful job search 6 months prior to graduation.  These are  professional life  and career management skills to use throughout their careers.

I got that promotion

A friend suggested I talk to Dorothy before my annual appraisal interview.  Although my performance reviews were fine, I had still been turned  down for two internal promotions and wanted see what I could do.
